Not yet approved for publication. The partners have not signed off
the firm's privacy notice. Rather than publish a template that would read as
a promise the firm has not made, this page states only what the system
itself does.
What this system does with your information, as built
This is a factual description of the software, not the firm's approved privacy notice.
- Enquiries you send through this website are stored so a member of the office can answer them, and are visible to firm staff.
- Client identity numbers are encrypted, and only the last four digits are searchable.
- Every read and change to a case record is logged with the person and the time.
- Documents are held in Cloudflare R2 storage. The firm has been told that this bucket is currently located outside Pakistan and that the data-residency position needs counsel's view.
- The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and the client portal carries no third-party tracking.
